Knutsford
Photographic Society
About the Club
The KPS is a small, friendly group of amateur photographers, who, although we'll have a go at most things, don't always take ourselves too seriously.
Knutsford, an old Cheshire market town, received its Royal Charter in 1292. Its Photographic Society also has a comparatively long history; its precise origins have become lost in the mists of time, but we know it went through a revival after the Second World War and is going strong some 60+ years later.
The general idea is for anyone with an interest in photography, to meet a bunch of like-minded local people once a week throughout most of the year.
Even if you only think you may have some interest in photography (but you're not sure yet) then you are still most welcome.
We welcome anyone from
hardened long term photographers with all the
gear, to happy snappers; male, female, young, and old alike.
Why not come along, learn a little more and see what others are either
doing or might be able to help you with? The emphasis is on enjoyment!
